Thanks for logging our WEB SITE and grant us the opportunity to brief you over our Company.

Our Agency has been operating continuously since 1909. Its operations commenced in Coatzacoalcos and have now expanded its services to all major Mexican Ports through a net of wholly owned branches and through local Agencies, acting as our subagents, established in most major Ports in both oceans.

The fact of being local established Agencies represents that ours and our subagents connections with the local authorities, cargo shippers and receivers, local business communications and Federal Authorities Nationwide  allows us to solve whatever problem rises to our clients vessel’s in an efficient matter with positive results.

At present, we operate four wholly owned branches in the following ports:

  • Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz
    (commercial and Industrial areas)
  • Dos Bocas, Tabasco
  • Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche
(includes Pemex Campeche Bay, offshore fields, buoys, SPO)
  • Salina Cruz, Oaxaca (in the Pacific Ocean)

In addition to the usual attendances to vessels as Port Agents, Charterers and/or Owners’ protecting Agents, we have been servicing the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry Sector, which in Mexico is mostly located in the Bay of Campeche and States of Tabasco and Veracruz. We cover this area through our head office in Coatzacoalcos, and our branches located in Dos Bocas and Ciudad del Carmen.

Our expertise in this area has been focus on the following:

  1. Assisting the Industry with the Government’s Customs and Merchant Marine’s red tape in legalizing their units in all their different types of modus operandis in the order that they may operate in Mexican waters and that could return back in order to their places of origin after completing its jobs assignments.

  2. Attending all crew matters regarding Immigration working permits, logistics of sea and land transportation for the joining and departing crews from/to the offshore sites and International airports.
