Note1: Vessels moor to these buoys wtih two sanson mooring lines through bow cleareances located at the vessels' sides, however, vessels with Panama Holes only, may also operate, subject to previous approval from Petroleos Mexicanos.

Note 2: At these buoys and for vessels over 250,000 DWT and up to 275,000 DWT on Buoy Two and 350,000 DWT, on Buoy Three, it will be required, in addition to above, that vessels may load cargo and discharge ballast simultaneously, in order to maintain the same distance between the buoy and the vessel.
